Having practiced yoga for 12+ years, and certifying through a 250 hour teacher training at India’s World Peace Yoga School (endorsed by the Yoga Alliance), I am here to support your journey into this sacred union of individual body and collective consciousness.

Yoga is so much more than the asanas (poses). It is a gateway. A commitment. A lifestyle. Humbling, yet empowering. Energising yet restful. This ancient Indian cultural practice is over 5,000 years old, and continues to guide & nurture livelihoods across every continent.

How can I support your yoga practice?

My classes will comprise of either Hatha or Yin (or a combination of both). Hatha yoga is more dynamic and strengthening, while Yin yoga is slower and more relaxing. Classes may also include some Pranayama (breathwork), helping you reap the benefits of focus, clarity and balance.

 

My classes are suitable for participants of all yoga abilities & experience. And remember, there is no such thing as ‘not good at yoga’. All that is required a willingness to listen to your body and treat yourself with care.

I often combine yoga with Authentic Relating and other connection modalities, as the benefits of yoga on the nervous system will help you share and listen from the heart with more ease and tenderness.

 

As well as group classes and workshops (where yoga is combined with other connection practices), I also offer 1:1 sessions, offering a deliciously nourishing combination of Yin yoga and Swedish oil massage. Please reach out for more information.
